Official Rules for the “Halloween ecox” Raffle

1. ORGANIZER

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions") are agreed between Ecoxperience, Lda. (also referred to as EcoX), a limited liability company, registered at the Commercial Registry under registration number, corporate tax identification number and taxpayer identification number 514164450, with registered office at HIESE – Quinta Vale do Espinhal, EM558 1, 3230-343 Penela, contactable through its contact form available on the website or through the contacts also duly indicated and updated therein - telephone number +351 969 922 809 (call to the national mobile network) and email info@ecox.pt, hereinafter referred to as "Ecoxperience", which promotes this contest/promotion "Giveaway Halloween ecox" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), taking place in mainland Portugal.

2. SCOPE AND DURATION

2.1 This giveaway takes place exclusively on the official Instagram account @ecox.pt , and is valid for residents in mainland Portugal aged 18 or over.
2.2 The promotion begins with the official publication of the draw and ends at 11:59 pm on November 2, 2025 .
2.3 Participation is free; no purchase is required to participate.

3. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

To participate, each user must:
1️⃣ Follow the account @ecox.pt on Instagram;
2️⃣ Comment on the official giveaway post indicating:
Which EcoX product is about to run out?
• A creative phrase related to this moment (for example, something fun, original, or alluding to Halloween and sustainability);
3️⃣ Share the post in your profile's stories , tagging @ecox.pt (public profile or send a screenshot via DM for validation).

🧴 Each participant can only enter once .
🧼 Duplicate, incomplete, or entries that do not meet the above rules will not be considered valid.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

4.1 Five (5) winners will be selected based on the creativity, originality, and relevance of the phrases submitted in the valid comments.
4.2 The evaluation will be carried out by an internal ecox jury, in an impartial manner, until November 3, 2025 .
4.3 The jury's decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
4.4 The winners will be announced in the stories section of the @ecox.pt account and contacted via direct message (DM) to validate their participation and receive their prize.

5th Prize

5.1 Each winner will receive an exclusive discount code that allows them to obtain the ecox product (850 ml) mentioned in their comment for free (100% discount) on their next purchase made through the ecox online store.
5.2 The code will be sent via DM and is personal, non-transferable, and valid for 30 days after the assignment date.
5.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
5.4 The offer is limited to one use per winner.

6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1 The personal data collected is intended exclusively for the management of this promotion (contacting the winners, sending the prize and eventual publication of the results).
6.2 The data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be transferred to third parties without prior explicit consent.
6.3 Participation implies authorization for ecox to mention the Instagram username and creative phrase in its communication channels (stories, posts or website), only in the context of this giveaway.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1 Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
7.2 Ecox reserves the right to exclude fraudulent, offensive entries, entries that are contrary to the brand's values, or entries that do not comply with the rules described herein.
7.3 This promotion is not sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram , and Instagram is exempt from any liability.
7.4 Ecox may cancel, suspend or alter this promotion in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, without this implying any liability or compensation to the participants.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Promotion is governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute arising from this Promotion, the courts of the district of Coimbra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
