With EcoX solutions, oil is completely transformed into fatty acids and glycerol, which are miscible with water.

EcoX solutions are developed and laboratory-tested to work with various oils such as vegetable oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, corn oil, and olive oil.

The oil can be used immediately after frying, but you should let it cool to room temperature. After it cools, filter out any solid particles using a napkin or a strainer.

Yes. The process of transforming used cooking oil into cleaning products will help sanitise the mixer or hand blender.

However, we recommend washing the moving parts with plenty of water after each use.

We do not have specific studies regarding their use in septic tanks or equivalent systems. Nevertheless, many of our customers use the wastewater from washing with our detergents for purposes such as watering plants or in septic tank systems, and no significant issues associated with their use have been reported.

Our products are developed from recovered used cooking oil, a raw material that can have different characteristics depending on its origin and composition. Therefore, there may be natural variations in the product's shade.

Our packaging is also produced with certified post-consumer plastic, made from materials that have been used before. For this reason, the shade of the packaging may vary, and there is no absolutely uniform colour standard.

For washing baby clothes, we recommend the Delicate Laundry Detergent, as it contains no perfume, enzymes or bleaching agents.

However, if the baby shows no signs of sensitivity or skin problems, you can also use the detergent you normally use for the rest of the family's laundry.

We do not recommend using fabric softener on newborn clothes, as it is released in the final stage of the wash and can leave residues in the fabrics, increasing the risk of irritation to such delicate and sensitive skin.

For cleaning wooden surfaces, varnished or unvarnished, we recommend Multisuperfícies Citro.

For best results, we suggest applying the product to a cloth first and only then cleaning the surface, avoiding direct application to the wood.

Alternatively, you can use our Floor Detergent, provided it is properly diluted in water. We do not recommend using it undiluted.

We recommend always testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area before use to ensure compatibility with the surface.

The best product for cleaning marble depends on the type of dirt you want to remove.

For simple cleaning, we recommend Multisuperfícies citro, but if you want a deeper clean, it is best to use our floor detergent (at the recommended dilution) or the hand-washing-up liquid.

However, for cleaning kits and purchases equal to or greater than €39.99, shipping costs are free for mainland Portugal.

Nevertheless, we seek to reduce this impact whenever possible through campaigns, free shipping above a certain value, or alternative collection options.

The EcoXpert programme starts when you create an account on the EcoX website with your email and password.

When you create an account, you immediately earn 200 points, and for every €1 spent, you earn 10 points. If you visit the website twice a week, you receive an additional 14 points.

All the points you accumulate can be exchanged for discounts on products. How? By clicking on the EcoXpert icon (which appears in the bottom corner), you will see the option to convert them into a discount (you can only exchange points when you have at least 500).

Don't have the option to buy in bulk? The Re-EcoX program is for you: it's free and allows you to reuse all 0.85L, 5L and 20L containers, promoting their reuse and contributing to the reduction of single-use packaging consumption.

Prepare your empty containers in a box and fill out the DPD form, selecting the home collection or delivery to a pickup point option.

If you opt for home collection, you will only have to wait for the collection on the scheduled date. If you choose a Pickup point, simply present the QR Code you received.

For now, the Re-EcoX programme works by collecting packaging free of charge after use.

Once received, it undergoes a process of assessment, cleaning, and preparation for reuse.

To ensure the immediate availability of products and avoid waiting times associated with the collection and reconditioning process of the packaging, new orders are shipped in packaging prepared for this purpose. In this way, the returned packaging is not filled as soon as we receive it, but rather according to the timings of its care process.

Currently, there are no benefits or discounts, but we are continuously working on developing the programme with the aim of introducing benefits.
